Great quilt and quilting! I like your bowls and hot pad. Was it hard to sew through 3/8 inch rope to do them? I've been thinking of using some of the polyester 3/8 inch chair weaving cord to do a basket. They are awfully fun to with the clothesline.

I had no problem using the thicker rope at all. I used the braided rope that is soft enough for a needle to slip right through, but I did find I need to slow down a bit and ust the widest zig zag I could find. Also I used clear monofilament thread in the bobbin.

I love the colors on your bowl! I've been meaning to learn to make those.
The cowboy quilting looks intense-but I like the way it turned out!

It's all great but I absolutely L - O - V - E the little bag. The attention to detail is amazing with so many small touches to make it truly unique, or as I used to tell my students "a one of a kind designer original"!
