We just got our wonderful and amazing quilts that members from this quilt board made. OMG here are a couple of pictures. The first one is with Cathy who has breast cancer, never been sick a day in her life and weighs the same since the day we got married (but not when she was pregnant LOL). I can never say thank you for the wonderful gifts of love and caring.
If you need some one to make blocks for a project your are doing or help in any way. Please let me know.

Hi Robert and Cathy! I am sooo happy you have your quilts to enjoy. WE here at the Board enjoyed watching as they were being put together and being able to add a block or two to them as well! Gosh, I love seeing a man at a sewing machine!

So wonderful !! The quilting community is so wonderfully generous, kind and supportive. Isn't wonderful to be a part of it all ?!

I was unable to contribute a block due to health issues but my good wishes go with the quilts and my hopes that all will be well. I've "done" breast cancer twice and I'm coming up on my fifth anniversary checkup from the second time...and I'm here to tell the tale.

My toy fox terrier lays on my table while I sew also! Who needs cats!

Update: Cathy made it thru surgery and the doctor came out and said they got it all and took out 3 lymph nodes and they did a simple biospy while she was in surgery and they came back negitive. She sent them to the lab for a more throughal testing. We will know in 6 days for the final verdict, but the doc said it all looks good. Now the chemo and radiation.
