Kevin has a quilt coming up in his lineup that is entirely made of satin. So...he put on a practice piece of dark emerald green satin, and this is what he came up with. Batting is Hobbs 80/20, and thread is poly in Silk Beige color. Thanks for looking :)

wow, that's great. by chance did he make any errors and have to unsew? i'm interested in knowing if holes made by the needle are permanent.

I'll have to ask if he did, but I didn't hear a "blue streak" coming from his area today, so probably didn't have to rip anything.
