this scrappy is finally done!!
 

My scrap box exploded so I started cutting scraps into 2-inch squares. I found this pattern on the internet called Dots and Dashes. It used a ton of 2-inch squares, so I started sewing. I also used leftover tone on tones whites and light ivories for the background strips. There are 51 pieces per block and 42 blocks in the quilt totaling 2142 pieces in this quilt. It kept me busy for a while. I still have a ton more scraps to use.

Oh what a fun quilt. I down loaded the free pattern and will try it using 2.5" squares with some final size adjustments. It looks like a good long term project that would eat up piles of little squares. :)

Wow! That was a lot of work if each little block was cut individually Good way to bust your stash.

!ove quilts twins patterns, though most are 2 inch. I used 1 of their patterns, but used my postage stamps instead since that's what I had an abundance of. You did an awesome job, love it.
