Are you using a small stitch to keep the fabrics from stretching, since the edges of the blocks are not necessarily "with the grain?" I hope this isn't coming across as an insult....I did a crazy quilt, and wasn't careful with a couple of the pieces, and I ended up with a little stretching here and there. In the end, the edge wasn't quite straight, and there was one area that bubbled up a little. Lesson learned. At any rate, your arrangement looks great. Please post another pic when it's finished! |

Have you also tried playing with the blocks in any other arrangements? I can see it in diamonds or alternating, etc. That is half the fun. warm quilt hugs, sue in CA |

I like it - but I personally would put a narrow sashing in between each block - like a 1" white or similar! Just my opinion though!
