Nicely done, but I don't understand what you mean by "snowballed" corners. I like the way the blocks interlock, but I know that adds to the work. Is that what you meant?

Quiet with motion.

Hi, Lynnie. Thanks. I have a ton of scraps, not a lot of yardage. Can't seem to use them up!

Yup, you got it, Jan.

Love the pattern, and your quilt is wonderful! I have a couple of Kim Bracketts books and ScrapBasket Surprises has the Bali Sea Star pattern in it.

Very Pretty!

I love seeing all your scrappy quilts and this is another winner! So pretty!

I believe this is a Kim Brackett pattern. She is one of my favorite authors and I have made several of her quilts. I recognize that pattern. You made a lovely quilt.

Another scrappy. Will they ever end? I doubt it!
At least I think the name of the pattern is Sea Star. Can't remember where the pattern came from, what book or magazine. But I'm pleased with the way it turned out. But waaaaay too many little snowballed corners! Thanks for looking. |
Great use of scraps! I enlarged the picture because I thought there were HST's. So when Just Jan said there were 16 snowballed corners per star, I had to figure it out. Lol!
