I have got to try making a string quilt - I like them so much and yours is mighty colorful. It is fun just looking at it and it reminds me of quilts of old when quilts like this were made for everyday use to keep warm. It gets cold at night here in the desert in the winter and I can see myself wrapped up in your quilt and smiling because it is just so colorful.

I love your quilt and the pattern. I think they should be called "happy quilts" because that's how I feel when I see them, so colorful and bright.

Now that's a way to use up scraps!

My kind of quilt. I just love how all the colors play so nicely together. Sewing scrappy quilts is a stress reliever for me.
