Oh, Charisma... That really touches my heart- my husband and I are currently in the process of adopting a special needs child from China. In fact, we hope to hear this week if we will be approved to be matched with a little boy that we've identified. They will feel SO blessed to have such an amazing gift given toward their fundraising efforts and will appreciate it SO much! Thank you so much for caring for the fatherless!

Love the jewel tones, Charisma. As well as the periodic use of a tan among the off-white. I always forget how powerful it can be to throw in a neutral when using the strong jewel tones. Thanks for the reminder. Love the quilting you did on this one.

It's funny Charismah because I was on the Eleanor Burns video site and watched a video of how to make this quilt. I just loved it and wrote down all the directions for it. I even ordered some of her tempt plates for it. Just waiting for them to arrive. I love your quilt and I hope to someday make one also.

Woohoo! That looks awesome. Right now I am working on the same pattern (large queen) but just super scrappy. I hope the quilt raises a lot of money to help them bring their precious little one home. Our family was blessed multiple times by adoption. This will be such a blessing for both the little girl and family.
