Using up some of my scrapes.Only problem, the pile never seems to go down. I think it is bottomless.

I love the bright, cheery fabrics. And I agree, the scraps never seem to go down. I plan on making four scrappy quilts this winter and I'm sure I'll barely make a dent in my supply.

My cup overfloweth and my scrapes overflo....kind of unb elieveable.....I have made 5 scrappys and still no dent. Now I am starting to throw them away. Tired of saving them!

Don't you know during the night they multiple in the dark..
so keep the lights on....lol I have the same problem... but oh how I love those scrappy quilts.

And my house is being taken over by 'Scraps' and 'dust bunnies' lol

The just keep coming. Rather than trying to use them all up I have found friends that appreciate getting bags of scraps. Then I can move on to the next project in the list.

I agree that the scrap pile multiplies. Instead of throwing away, a friend asked me to save all bits so she can use them to stuff pads for the humane society to use for the animals to sleep on. They sleep on concrete otherwise. It is amazing how much I've saved over the last couple weeks just with the little bits I've cut off when squaring etc.
