What a great start and what fun. I will look forward to seeing him completed.

Goodness, how fantastic. I'm totally charmed by seahorses, and you've added more to enhance the beauty of this creature.
Great start! I have the pattern, but haven’t selected fabrics yet. Love seahorses :)
You people are simply amazing! I would/could never -- but I'm so happy you can and that you share.
That is a great start. It is going to be so colorful and bright.
looking good :)

Wow! Your fabric stash is definably different than mine. Much more like modern art. I would have to live at a quilt shop to pull this type of fabrics to suit your design inspiration.
You are really getting the features perfectly onto to design. Great beginning! |
Very cute start! I love the green Mohawk.:D
Great start. Enjoy the challenge ahead of you and keep us posted about your progress. I did the owl for one of my granddaughters and had so much fun doing it.
Looking forward to seeing this one finished.
Gorgeous! I’m excited to see the finished quilt as the start of it is beautiful.

Wonderful so far. I can hardly wait to see it finished.

I have several of her patterns; I guess I need to get busy and get one of them going. I'm trying to finish had quilting a quilt I started some - oh - 30 years ago? It's my challenge to get it done before I go onto anything new.
I love the start of your seahorse. I would think it is like working a puzzle. Can't wait to see it finished. No pressure tho.
Love how you've done this. I too have the pattern but have not started yet. Hope mine is half as gorgeous as yours!
Please keep us posted. What a beauty!
