I have a similar tool from Eleanor Burns. I just saw the video the other night, so will watch again to see if I can use Eleanor's. Thanks for the inspiration! The colors are so peaceful.

Your table runner looks just like a Jenny's table runner. Good job!

I love your colors! I just bought a bunch of similar batiks at the Heart of Texas One Stop Shop Hop for their block quilt and will have enough left over to do this table runner. I can't wait!

Do you have the link for the tutorial? I can't find it.

solstice3 01-28-2013 09:50 AM

Quiltshaker 01-28-2013 10:34 AM

Guess I'll have to be a copy cat one day as I love your table runner and the batiks are so soothing. I have lots of batiks and will put this on my "to do" list. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, love the fabrics you used and this pattern lends itself to whatever 'season' you want to make more of these for. I'll have to check the youtube tute, I LOVE Missouri Quilt Co tutes!

thanks for sharing, I have some daughters who would love for me to make these for THEM!

wraez 02-01-2013 09:10 AM

Thanks for this!

wondering if this is the tute you used from YouTube? The written instructions do look quicker and easier....

Great find the only difference I see is using Jelly Roll or cutting your own.

Hi Ichusmel,

I have been looking for a Tutorial on how to finish my table runner. The table runner comes to a point at the ends and I did not know how to finish this. This tutorial was just the right thing. Now I will try this method.
I am so thrilled that I found your comment and picture of your table runner. When I finish my table runner I will put a picture of it. I had a problem on trying to fine this tutorial and it was called Scrap buster! Making Easy table runner using the binding tool.

Thanks,
Sunnydays ( Kathy)
