It is gorgeous!
One of my DD's is having her first baby this month. He will be born in Africa as she and her DH are missionaries. She also choose elphants and bright colors. I still have to start the quilt and wished I could make it as pretty as yours. They will be in the US in the summer and I will give the quilt then. For now they will use a shabby chic lap quilt I send with them.
Please post the finnished quilt too when it is done. I just know it will be beautiful too.
