Small Wall Hanging, Do more of.....

A few months back I saw this saying on a pillow in a magazine. After cutting it out and gluing to my sewing machine it was meant to become a quilt.

The better part of this weekend got it to this point. The center will be squared out with the white polka dot fabric and the blue and floral will be borders and may be prairie points.

The letters are 2 1/2" high except for a few and I like that, and the happy, funky little fabric has lots of fun stuff to look for.

This one needs no title.

Be more than welcome to use this idea, it should be spread far and wide and just might give more people the freedom to step out of the rules and be more creative.

I love when one idea spurs on another idea....I have a feeling that "cookie cutter" quilts are not what you do:)....I can see this as a lap or sofa quilt for those cooler times of the year...

That fabric is a hand me down and I don't have a clue about it but I'm sure if you goggle a description You can find something similar. Thanks for liking it.

Ube that is awesome! I just finished a blooming 9-patch and used some of the extra fabric for an easy bargello, and still have LOTS of LITTLE pieces ... thinking of you when it comes to all these pieces!
