small whole cloth - coloured!

A couple of weeks ago, I posted some questions on how to do a whole cloth that was really detailed. I got some fabulous advice - colour it, then sew it ... so I did!

It turned out great! The colors are lovely!

You brought that design to life with all the colors. Is it thread painting or did you use color markers? Either way, it is gorgeous. Lots of fun to get creative and step"out of our zone". Congrats! |

Thanks all - it didn't really take me a long time ... the inside is only 20x20 and the whole thing is 36x36.
Felinefanatic suggested I colour it, and it worked out pretty well! Now that I know how to do it, I will buy better pastels and more! I only had 8 colours! |
