These snowflakes alsmost look like doilies they are so intricate. Great colors, I just love everything about this.

My daughter did the other two snowflakes by folding paper and cutting them out. The corner stars were done by my husband. Family got involved and contributed. I just do the quilting.

I'll bet it took ages to sew down. That's a ton of detail. Thanks so much for posting the close-up. And I love how you made it a family project.

Beautiful. Do you use a long ARM to quilt or your.seeing machine? I
Ask because I'm using my machine and the quilt has a similar backing.....it doesn't move well because of the finish of the fabric.

it is beautiful. Your fabrics just say "cold". I'm sure the sparkle adds to the effect. Things always look better in person. This looks so gorgeous on the photo, I can't imagine the effect in person.
