This is a hand appliqued/hand quilted one that I started in 2008 and finished in 2009.....lots of work!

The other one was hand-pieced and hand quilted for my son in 2006 when I first started quilting. Don't know if the picture shows it well, but there is one "red" piece in it....requested by my son.

I am going to do some hand piecing and hand quilting again one of these days.

Both are just wonderful!! My favorite is the top one with the beautiful flowers!!!!!!

WOW!!! I am impressed. Just started hand quilting and I love it. Do mostly machine work, but Im hooked on hand quilting and english paper piecing, and applique. I love your work.

They are both stunning. Love the one with the one red dash...I love handpiecing and quilting, but have taken up the machine so I can get more done.

Very unique idea. I have never done any hand quilting, but need to try something soon. So much beautiful work, especially in the blue coverlet.
