They are all FABULOUS! What is the name of your son's college quilt, would love to find that pattern. Thanks for the posting!

Thank you! The Irish Chain was not hard at all- just need to pay a little bit of attention to get all the seams to match. I am a "follow the instructions" kind of girl- haven't really tried to design too much on my own. I've found that if I spend the time to pick fabrics I really love and really blend well together, I do a better job with the piecing. I want to do the fabric justice! If I am sorry to give it away when I'm done, I know I've done the best I could!

BTW, for those who asked about the patterns, I posted the info already. I believe they are on page 3 (2 separate posts).

Gorgeous quilts - especially like your sons. welcome from England

I love the way the log cabin is done and makes a shadow X in the center. It was a neat way of laying it out. The bright one automatically calls to me as I love bright colors. The green irish chain would go well in my son's room as he is all about green. Welcome to the board and I look forward to seeing more of your work. You do very well!

I like all of your quilts, but my favorite is the last one. I love the way you used several shades of green. Also, green is my favorite color.
