The Jungle Boogie quilt - I used a free pattern from Fat Cat Patterns, which was a delight to make. At the end of each project I collect up all my string scraps and make bowls. They make great hostess gifts especially when you put chocolates in them. As for the Irish Quilt (my very green quilt) I really wanted something to remind me of my heritage and I made it with all Irish print fabrics. Not everyones cup of tea but I love it!

Your Irish quilt looks really 3-D, nearly like the grass needs to be mowed. I like it! The animals and bowls are nice too. Good work!

I always wanted to try to make the bowls but well you all know............ Are they hard to make? My mom would love that Irish quilt she is 100% Irish. Thanks for sharing! |
