Bill look what you did with a few free hours on a Sunday afternoon - wonderful! I would have been lucky to get the fabric ironed and the pattern cut out! LOL!

Very cute. How did you do the shoes? I did a doll (one of the weird ones) and painted the arms and legs.

penski 06-21-2010 09:06 PM

she is a cutie !!!

Lockeb 06-24-2010 05:52 PM

Hi Marla,
I had a little pattern for the shoes.....2 little pieces of fabric per shoe.....I thought it was going to be a bit techincal but I have to say it wasn't that bad at all......

marla 06-27-2010 01:58 PM

Thanx. I guess you would cut it the same as a shoe and wrap and sew it to the feet? I suppose you could do shoe laces or fancy blingy little items on the shoes too.

Very nice little angel

nursie76 06-27-2010 03:42 PM

Bill, I have made 2 dolls over the years and it was hard work! You did such a great job! She is perfect from the tip of her little head to the tips of her tiny little shoes! Did you have a pattern? The pieces must have be very small...it must have taken a lot of patience! Great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Butterfli19 06-27-2010 04:37 PM

She's heavenly! Love the shoes! Aren't they fun to make? You just can't help but smile when they are done.

roseOfsharon 06-27-2010 04:42 PM
