This is very pretty. I believe copyright laws are violated if you copy it from a book and they tell you not to do so. This also applies to any pattern they ask you to not copy whether it be a regular pattern by itself or in a magazine. There must be a lawyer or a libriarian on the Board who can tell you. I think if you just eyeball a quilt and decide to make one like it, then it's OK.
