This is waiting in the wings for me to start. It's going to be a present for my niece. The center block and border fabric will be Laurel Burch Celestial. I decided I HATE fussy cutting, but it is a necessary evil sometimes, like ironing I guess. :)

I also hate fussy cutting (I don't like the waste of the fabric). Your French braid will be very colorful!!

Though I do wonder, now that you have made those first cuts, how it's going to "wait in the wings" .... it'd be calling to me and saying NOWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
