My daughter took me to Hawaii for my sixtieth birthday present last week. We did all the usual tourist stuff and we even had a few minutes to go into a little fabric store in Honokaa called Top Stitch. These are the fabrics that I fell in love with and I had to have a couple of yards of each.

Oh how nice. a friend of mine went to Hawaii and brought me some fabric. i ended up making her a quilt with it.

Wow... a couple of yards of each, wonderful! I was just at retreat with a Hawaiian theme... I made a quilt with some FQs my DD had gifted me with from Hawaii and also from Vancouver Island.... so fun.... "love" colour!

Gorgeous selections. I love going to different shops like this. Unique fabric to their region. Alaska shops have some neat and unique to them stuff, too. Happy 60th birthday!
