My friend made this table runner for my birthday. The note that came with it was full of apologies because it is not her best work.

That is spectacular, but why do we quilters have to always point out our mistakes? I would send her back a thank you note and tell her I could not find any of the mistakes she mentioned, because I would never look for them. This is a great table runner, how much more to we need to say?

My friend created the pattern after just seeing a finished wall hanging.
