Love this quilt!! I love jelly rolls and use them quite often. I think this is a perfect color for this pattern :)

Katrine... these are just beautiful... i LOVE that fabric and both quilts, but most of all i LOVE seeing you wonderful quilting!!!... I wish i could watch you move while doing this... i have the janome 1600p on a grace frame.. and can do "loop de loops" quite proficiently, and enjoy it!!!,, but i have to get brave and give this "structured" style a try... i can see a lot about how it's done within the block, but am wondering about the borders, do you have to re-pin or turn the quilt?..being limited to the 10" is an issue for me... really thinking of going to the larger machines, but don't think it's justified for only my home quilting... Thank you for posting these,,, they are a feat for the eyes... beautiful work... !!

I love it. The colors are great and so is your quilting. You always do such nice work.

I have done a king size with fairly close quilting on - but cannot see myself making many that size. It's here, and if you look at p.12 of this topic there are pics of the quilt under the machine. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-62514-1.htm The feathers are easy - from the book "Hooked on Feathers" by Sally Terry. |
