All straight piecing this time. Needing buttons and to start on applique for two others. Again I marvel at the bits and pieces of what you can find in your "left overs"!

Thanks for looking and for your kind comments!

Nice job Kitsie, they are looking great. And, I can wait to see this quilt all put together! There are sooo many fun fabrics.

Lovely piecing.

ragamuffin 09-15-2016 06:33 PM

What is the name of the one in the upper left? Looks terrific.

needles3thread 09-15-2016 06:35 PM

You did great with these.

Kitsie, your piecing is so precise and clean....love these!

Doggramma 09-15-2016 07:10 PM

Pretty, and everything is so perfectly pieced. It's hard for me to get such perfect results when I do 6 inch blocks!

BrendaK 09-15-2016 09:50 PM

Wonderful work. BrendaK

love that you "fussy cut" some of the blocks to make things more interesting and attractive. And love that you keep sharing your love of the adventure! All that show us here - looks splendid!

Kitsie 09-16-2016 02:01 PM

Thanks DC!

Kitsie 09-16-2016 02:02 PM

Try paper piecing with freezer paper -is the only way I can do these! Thanks, Lori!

I so agree! Your blocks are awesome!

Kitsie 09-16-2016 04:25 PM

Thanks for asking, ragamuffin! That one is #58 - Homeward Bound and is easier that it looks!

Evie 09-16-2016 04:55 PM

Kitsie, you are doing a "splendid" job on your blocks. I've saved the patterns, but my mojo ain't working. Maybe some day ....

osewme 09-16-2016 05:04 PM

I like all of those blocks. I especially like that upper left one with the graduating triangles.

QUILTNMO 09-16-2016 05:31 PM

very pretty!!!

twinkie 09-17-2016 02:55 AM

Really looking forward to seeing your finished quilt.

Bobbielinks 09-17-2016 04:11 AM

Oh my gosh!! Look at those points!!! Perfect!!! Beautiful piecing!!

quilterpurpledog 09-17-2016 04:15 AM

Really nice blocks to start with. I am really impressed with the block with flying geese of graduated sizes. They just lend a wonderful twist on an old standard. I hope I can remember it when I need to do geese.

Moonglow 09-17-2016 04:28 AM

Lovely blocks.

Suz 09-17-2016 07:03 AM

Lovely! Just Lovely! Question: Did you paperpiece the diagonal arrows?

carolynjo 09-17-2016 07:04 AM

Your piecing is so precise. Good job.

Friday1961 09-17-2016 10:11 AM

Great piecing. They look absolutely perfect. Nice colors, by the way.

MargeD 09-17-2016 11:56 AM

Love all your scrappy fabrics. I need some inspiration to do a scrappy quilt from my multitude of various sized scraps, yours is a good example of scrappy.

LAQUITA 09-17-2016 01:56 PM

I don't think you can ever go wrong with a scrappy quilt. Great job'

lynnie 09-17-2016 07:43 PM

4 more beautiful blocks
