Love your wallhanging. I agree on the weather. Seems like we didn't have much snow during the official winter, but now that it's spring... This was last week. Sheesh!

Well, that is just the sweetest thing. I absolutely love all of the little houses...and in the tree!! It does appear that winter is hanging on there. Here in KY spring is really having a rough time getting started, but not snowy like you. So many redbirds. My goodness! What fun to watch! Love the wall hanging

your little quilt is so cute and so perfect for spring!
I don't think I've ever seen tgat many cardinals together like that. Beautiful! |
What a pretty picture PaperPrincess with all those beautiful cardinals. It is raining on and off in So CA for the last few days which I prefer over temperatures in the 90s over a week ago.
nicely done

I love quilt that make me smile. So cute! Even in Western N.C., Mother Nature does not want to let spring in. We had 28 degrees for a low last night. But your quilt says that we should notmgive ip, springis on the way!

cute little mini.
and OMG took my breath away those ovely cardinals. so pretty against the snow. |
How cute your little hanging is! So well placed to see it too.
I just bought a take five kit that has cardinals in bare trees like this to make a small quilt. How funny to see a real live picture on the board like it! |
Pretty mini, and it's so glorious seeing all of those Redbirds. We see them here like that, and I read a book once where one character in the book said whenever she seen a Redbird she knew she was going to have a good day. :)
Cute wall hanging and the weather is not spring like here! Listening to ice pellets hitting the window right now.
Very pretty quilt. The bare tree made a nice contrast to the houses. For me, we seem to be in early summer but we didn't really get enough winter! Climate change is the pits!
verynice!!!!

Such a cute wallhanging.
Breathtaking photos of the snow. I never see snow here in Sydney - we are going into autumn and the weather is still very warm so much so that I am going to the beach for a swim again today. |
The quilt is so cute. Spring will come sometime this year. LOL
Cute little hanging!
Such cute little houses! Pretty soon their tree will be blooming.
I didn't know what a cardinal was until I joined the quilting board I just love them they look so pretty against the white snow. We don't have them in Australia or New Zealand. They are now my favourite bird. I try to buy fabric with them on for future quilts.

Beautiful wall hanging. Over here in UK we are having a tipical April with Spring showers. Some of these showers are cold heavy and full of snow or hail. Between sunshine flowers in bloom and going out without a coat.
Love the cardinal picture. |
Spring is having a hard time coming in Wisconsin also.
Love your wall hanging. I have one pair of cardinals.Every year the same.I have never ever seen that many in a tree in all the years I have been bird watching......I get Orioles that almost turn my tree orange and finches....
Darling wall hanging. Beautiful outdoor pictures.
Very nice quilt and the cardinals are awesome - they almost look 3-dimensional.
Such a sweet wallhanging. And the wine right next to it so you can have a glass and enjoy looking at the wonderful scene you created. Very nice.
Never fear, the Indigo Buntings have hit my yard in Florida, Spring is on your way! Love your cardinals picture, if you have ever wanted to do an art quilt, that one would be beautiful!
Wow! Michigan must be Cardinal country. Have never seen so many! Beautiful....
I have never seen a flock of cardinals. Really beautiful. I love your little quilt.
Love your wall hanging. (Looks so much better right side up.) We had 13 degrees Sunday morning, and 29 this morning. Better now than in May. Spring will come! ! ! !
I am so jealous. I live in southwest Michigan and we never get any Cardinals....maybe one in the spring. Must be the hawks and eagles keep them away.
I have never seen that many cardinals in one spot before....thought that they were very territorial. Maybe these are still teenagers---haven't figured it out yet. |
I love your wall hanging and also the picture PaperPrincess posted with the Cardinals. Their bright feathers really show up against the snowy background. Hang in there all of you northern quilters; most of you will be enjoying a balmy summer while we in the southwest and south swelter. And dream of heading to Colorado!
We, too have a tree full of cardinals. When it is mealtime, they all congregate in the maple tree and look at us through the window. We can't ignore them! Lovely little quilt too.
Very nice!
Cute quilt. Looks like spring is a long way off for you!
Love all those beautiful cardinals in your backyard, and with the snow on the trees, absolutely beautiful.
Love your sweet little birdhouse quilt. The photo of the cardinals would make a lovely accompanying quilt to go with it.
Your wall hanging is so cute with all of the little bird houses, Then your pictures wow you are so lucky to have cardinals to watch along with the other little birds.
That's a great wall hanging. Don't worry, spring will come!
Very nicely done.
