Great job. I would SiTG it because the quilt does not need more pattern, although a convenient pattern in the border might be nice. (for me, that would be leaves or waves)

Just a suggestion. You could quilt it with a loop to loop across the pinwheels to give them motion.
I don't know how to say it other than loop to loop. I have seen this on a quilt with this pattern and it looks like the pinwheels are waving in a breeze. Good Luck! :)
