It got here! Thanks Cutebuns - The bubbles fabric is really cute and I'll let you know how the thimble works - I can get it on easily and it fits because of the squeezable sides. Hoping it will do the trick and my finger won't be full of holes anymore. :)

I've never heard of a thimble with squeezable sides - what is it made of?

Love the fabric! I have one of those thimbles. I prefer the leather one though.

you are welcome my dear,

It is the design that makes it adjustable, I have one and it is the only one that I have been able to use, though I don't have never tried a leather one

The thimble is a very light metal made by Dritz - it can be adjusted by squeezing the sides to fit your finger. I have arthritis and my joints are big and lumpy so regular thimbles don't fit. I use leather ones that I make myself for English Paper Piecing but end up with holie fingers that look like I've been sticking myself with pins. :) I am hoping this little thimble will help.

That fabric is cute!
I don't use thimbles since I cannot hand sew to save my life.
Sure hope it works for you

At one time I had the fabric in red and yellow as well, I think I have some of the red left somewhere,
