Star Gazing = Oh So Frustrating
2 Attachment(s)
This is has been draped across my longarm since I finished it last year. It should have only taken a few hours to quilt but ended up an entire day, as for what ever reason the Pantograph didn’t want to cooperate and my software would crash over and over. The Roll of King Size batting I ordered was definitely not the brand it said it was so I had to use something else. One of the Batiks is the most stringy horrible Batiks I have ever encountered, I can’t tell you how happy I was when the last row was done!
Pattern is Star Gazing from Quiltmaker Magazine, I used Hobbs Tuscany Silk Batting, and a E2E Star Panto, King Tut Thread in Grey on the top and dark Teal on the back, 91 x 104. This will wait with the others for a new home, thanks for looking. |
Sure looks lovely to me! Your fabric colours are perfect.

That's beautiful! Even if it did give you fits to get it done, it's well worth it from the looks of it!
|
I love it!...at the risk of repeating what has been said before, it's beautiful!

This is very pretty. Well done. So of our most challenging quilts are the one we appreciate the most. Beautiful stars. Star Light Star Bright! Congratulations.
