these stars were from a swap yrs ago. one quilter did them all. I made them into a wall hanging.
and you can't see it but i did faux binding. black binding with a bit of purple peeking out. i didn't know what i was doing so i folded my end binding over the cut edge of the first binding and cut 2 1/2 inches. it worked anyway. mitered the ending binding. star quilt [ATTACH=CONFIG]110386[/ATTACH] |

I've done that binding method also. I find it harder for some reason. Your quilt is very nice.

the faux binding (purple that was showing) on top was skinny. if i do this again,i will alter the measurements and make the faux binding to show a bit wider.
