Star quilt in progress waiting for the rest of the fabric

I started a new star quilt from page 116 of my book, for a friend who likes to call me and say I want the quilt on page such and such in these colors. This time I said no, or only if you let me add some stuff. So here it is in progress and even though I had 10 yards of the background fabric I ran out, so I have to wait for it to get here to finish the other 3 corners.
The corner could have been cut from a 34 inch square, but I think I like this way better. |
wow!! 10 yards??? it's not only going to be huge it's going to be fantastic when it's finished! what a great friend you are to do this for her! please post more pics of your progress, i love stars and would like to see the finished result of this. beautiful job!
