Started yesterday.....
 

....and finished this scrappy top this morning :) Couldn't wait until it's completely finished to show you as it's made with strips I found helterskelter in a bag from that shop that closed down where I was able to retrieve so much. I was wondering first what I would do with all those different sized strips and then......here we are with a baby's quilt that turned out not too bad at all. The binding will be yellow and since I've got some bits and pieces left of the yellow from the quilt I will alternate with the plain yellow on the binding. I'll post it again when it's finished. Hahaha, I wouldn't have had the idea either but this is what I found, strips cut in different widths and first not knowing what to do with them....and besides that I shouldn't be sorting out and tidying my material before I do my other jobs as this is what happens, get hooked on the look and don't feel like doing anything else..... :)
