Starting a second quilt...
 

Since I have to wait for the backing to come in, I decided to start on my next project; attempting last spring's mystery quilt! :thumbup: Of course, I have the advantage of knowing what it looks like as an end result, but it's easier to understand as a beginner that way, too!

So here are my Fabric squares all cut up last night, ready for the next step. So excited to make something more complicated!

This is some (apparently) ancient stuff I pulled from my grandmother's closet. There were a bunch of 20"x25" pieces stitched together on one end. Pretty heavy feeling fabric.

Progress... Progress...! The tan colored pieces don't show up as dark in the pictures as they are in real life, but I promise they contrast better with the white than they look like they do! :)
