Storm at Sea

This is my first king-sized quilt.
And my first time doing paper piecing.
And my first time doing FMQ on anything substantial.

I want to thank all of you for your help during the year it took me to finish this...helping me identify the pattern I liked on Pinterest, choosing fabrics, help with paper piecing, help with tension and tangles and needle breakage! I'm very grateful for all the help!

This is one of my favourite patterns but I haven't got to it yet. Your quilt is beautiful and I love the colours. Thank you for sharing.

Your quilt is very pretty! You did a wonderful job with fabric selection and your free motion quilting is just lovely. You should be so proud of yourself!

Congrats on making this lovely quilt! It is awesome. As for the free motion quilting, did you use your domestic sewing machine or a long arm?
