Strawberry Shortcake update
 

I finished quilting the quilt and was asked to post pictures of valences and pillowcases. I did not know how to add them to original post. I am so excited about this project and can't wait to bring it over to see my DGD's reaction! My DDIL has Strawberry Shortcake sheets from when she was a girl and will add them to this ensemble! The biggest thrill in the world is making something for your precious grandchildren! Thank you so much for looking and all of your wonderful comments on the quilt!

Strawberry Shortcake is back? Youza I recall making my daughter things with similar fabrics. You did a great job on these the quilt is adorable. Gosh can hardly wait to be a Grammy!

What a great quilt. When my daughter was little I made her a Strawberry Shortcake costume for Halloween. Afterwards we had her picture taken. It still makes me smile.

Very adorable. Strawberry Shortcake was popular when my girls were little. My middle daughter made up a rhyme, "Strawberry Shortcake, Huckleberry Pie. If you dont like me, I'll Punch you in the eye." ..... OK, she was my little scrapper. lol

My DD was obsessed with Strawberry Shortcake when she was little. She used to watch a video called "Strawberry Shortcake in Big Apple City" & still remembers it. I've been trying to find it to surprise her with. Wouldn't that be a hoot?
