Joined another web-site in the UK and took part in my first strip-swap, Oriental fabrics. The finished article is a joint project with my DH making the frame (it was his idea!), not a lot of quilting in it but it is the first hanging I have done and will go up in this our new home!
The rest of the fabrics I shall use to make bags as Christmas presents for all the little girls in our family. I've also uploaded a cushion that I made for my brother's birthday, he's a guitar teacher and we gave him a picture for his wedding by Glen Marcus called "It's poppin' baby, can you feel it?", the fabric matched the painting so well! oh those are fabulous!! i just found seven star blocks a quilter sent me yrs ago with all the different Countries she'd lived in signed on the blocks. i am making a wall quilt. quilt groups are great!
