Strippy Quilt for GGD
 

I can't help myself----the girly colors are so fun. My new GGD will have at least 3 homemade quilts to start her amazing life. This is the second one and she's not due till October. I bought a yard of many pink and purple fabrics. The strippy quilt has double batting and flannel back. I hope to keep her cozy warm this winter.

very pretty! but remember each one after her will expect the same LOL! my extended family was rolling along pretty fast when I started doing I Spy quilts- started with 4 then suddenly 8 more and parents hinting how their older kids loved those special quilts! :-) congrats gonna be a lucky little girl!

Yes quilt938, I do know they all want one too. I have 6 kids and 8 grandchildren. That's one reason I keep the patterns fast & easy, also if I give them a difficult pattern they don't use them, they put them "away"..
