These pinwheels are the leftover from my 'hugs & kisses' version made with Summer Breeze line of fabric, shown here recently. The appliqué was going to be part of the 'hugs & kisses' quilt but decided not to use them. I think that the appliqué border will look much better on this quilt? The blocks are not sewn yet just laying on white fabric. It will be large quilt then on this picture since I have 120 pinwheel blocks.

I agree, I might save the blue fabric for the binding and use some of the fabrics for a thin border, but then again I will see what will look better when the top is put together.
