She named this because is reminded her of a quilt her mom had when she was young...she used to lay it out in the yard and read her comic books on it....isn't that sweet? Comfort. I often wonder what type of feelings my gifted quilts will conjure up for the recipients. Hopefully all the good things. quilts mean so much more than fabric, batting and thread.

I quilted leaves and flower, ferns and feathers....oh and continuous curves.
