I made this quilt after my daughter injured her hip, and could not run any more marathons, so she asked me to make her a quilt with all of her T-shirts. quilting by hand by My mother and I.

What an awesome quilt! You all did a wonderful job and I know your daughter will really treasure it. So sorry about her injury. Hopefully she can do some other type of long distance sport.

Very nicely done. I like the mats and frames around the pictures and the color choices. Very special memory quilt!!

That's the most attractive t-shirt quilt I've seen!!! Well done!

I have to say though, being a runner myself, it breaks my heart a little that she can't run anymore. Will she be able to do shorter distances?

What a wonderful memory quilt for your DD.
She should be very proud of her accomplishments.
I hope she finds something else (sport wise) that she can enjoy.

She plays tennis now, They pinned her hip , and then after it healed they had to go in and remove the pin. Now she is pretty active. She loves her tennis.
