I saved t-shirts from my two boys who were both athletes (they are now 21 and 26) and made t shirt quilts for them. The t shirts range from age 8 to college. Several people ask
me how much I would charge to make one for their son or daughter. My first reaction was they did not have enough money, but after thinking about it I am wondering if it would be profitable. Give me your thoughts.....twin, full, Queen/King...one price with them providing the supplies and one price if I provide the supplies. t-shirt quilt 1 |
Your's is very nice. I'm in the process of making one right now for a friend. My first, and I was scared to start it. Coming along nicely now.

Thank you for your vote of confidence....my youngest son is in college and everyone has loved it! He had numerous request to get pricing from me and I am afraid I will price it too high.

I think they are great. My husband has hundreds of concert shirts in boxes and my goal is to one day have him pick his favorites and make a quilt.

Great Job!!!

What a great job you did on the quilt!! I am in the process of making a t-shirt wallhanging for a co-worker. Unfortunately, I haven't thought of pricing yet. I will have to keep a tally of what I bought for fabrics, supplies, and my time. Wish I could help you with what to charge.
