I host a group on flickr called 2010 tea/coffee quilt along. We are each doing a tea or coffee related craft each month. Most are doing quilt blocks each month. I also have swaps going every month. June is our tea cozy swap. This is the tea cozy I sent my partner in austrailia.

I can't remember for sure where I got it but its a good bet that it was at oregonpatchworks.com. I shop there alot. Put in "tea" in the search you will get tons of designs.

No pattern for the tea cozy, just winged it. The embroidery pattern is for machine embroidery and I forgot where I got it but I probably got it at oregonpatchworks.com.
