LOVE IT! The quilting is really nice, I may have to use that idea on a small child's quilt I am working on.

Love the colors she wished for. Your quilt is amazing and I know it will be loved. thanks for sharing. Did you have a difficult time finding grays and teals for this? I don't find many of those colors that could be used for baby quilts.

Thanks everyone! I saw a pic of her nursery last nite and I think this is going to be awesome in it! The end size was 42x50.

For Sandy - I dug through my scraps and stash - ended up with only 1 square of some colors, especially the teal-ish colors, and even a few of the grays. I know one gray on the upper right hand side reads as 'green' but i'm ok with that - and I'm pretty sure she won't ever see it, several grays read dark.
I did take pictures of several of these blocks & layouts that were questionable, and in the end - declared it 'scrappy' :) And for whatever this is worth - all the grays I used were one's I had bought for quilts I was making for guys.
