That terrible moment when

You realize AFTER you've over half quilted your project that one square is WRONG!! Arruuuggghhhh!!!!!! And yes, I am in the process of fixing it. <sigh>. This is for a decorative bed pillow for my mom. HAS to be right.

That really makes me want to cry.:( It is going to be beautiful and the fussy cut bird in the center is a nice touch!

Stick with it, been there and done that! I cut one of my quilts once because there was fold underneath when I was trimming ready to bind and I nicked a perfect arrow shaped point through all layers about 1". I panicked initially so left the room, walked outside in the garden and came up with the solution. I used Bondaweb, stuck each layer together the zig-zagged with invisible thread. It worked, because I had real trouble trying to find the repair. Boy was I relieved. lesson well learned. Now I am extra, extra careful. Hope you get yours sorted, I do empathise with you. Good luck.

I think we ALL have had this problem sometime!
Whoops! I had a whole diagonal strip sew in and had flipped them wrong way which disrupted the secondary pattern. Fortunately, caught it before it went to quilters. Sometimes things are so obvious they have to be corrected.
bummer but I am also like that and I would tear the whole project apart and make it right.
oops, so sorry
