I don't think she is allowed to say it but Trudy has a book available on this technique. It is called CUT WORK PORTRAITS AND OTHER ART QUILTS. You can buy it at Amazon.com or by going to her blog for cutworkportraits. Just go to her name on the board and you will find it there. She gives several patterns but also teaches you how to make your own from your own photos. It's wonderful and you will be making these awesome cutwork art quilts yourself in no time at all!!!
