Thanks Arizonakat for the 9'" square star pattern
A while back, Arizonakat told us how to use 25 9" squares to make a star quilt. I took her idea and made a smaller size quilt for Linus. The pinwheels are made from the triangles that get cut off when making the flying geese portion of the star. I love the quilt and really love the fact that I got to use up so many of my larger scraps.

Looks like the photo didn't come thru. I will try adding again, but I have already tried three times and it doesn't work. I am using dial up service and I suspect that it may be too slow. Here is my last attempt. Tried again and the upload failed. No explanations are given so I will not attempt it again.

Yea! Thanks Patrice for all those directions on resizing with MS Windows Paint. I didn't even know I had that program. Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks.
