I've been trying to get these things done before Christmas.
Grandson's Rainbow Road. I designed this one, It's backed with Pirates of the Caribean fabric. Made it years ago finally quilted it. The tops of the sails are 3D--loose and flappy. lap size [ATTACH=CONFIG]139768[/ATTACH] Brother's couch throw that I designed. Wow! All of them are wonderful projects, but the second one really grabs me.

They are all fabulous.

At the last quilting retreat I got all of them finished. The pirate one isn't for a gift--yet, I'm not sure what I'll do with it. Maybe put it away for the next grandson son or great grandson. The girls picked out their own fabric when we visited them in Texas last May/June. Jakob doesn't know about his yet. The geese are done in the one seam 3D method. The top one for my baby brother (52) was designed for him because his house is rather "cabiny" and his last name is Bear. It's fairly long for a couch throw, a little over 6' so that he can stretch out and cover up with it. The next three are not quite twin size--big enough for them to cover up with, small enough to drag around.
