Try www.threadart.com I use that thread too. I paid more but even at the higher price it was worth every penny! I have a Bernina and it works just fine. They also sell the BIG spools - I love the BIG spools lol

Now THIS is a steal for sure.

Those look yummy!! Have fun.

Such a deal you got! Send some of that thread karma my way! I'm out of BLACK thread, can you believe it? HATE to go to the quilt store because so much temptation lurks there.

Woo hoo!! Have fun!

OMG what gorgeous colors and I can't believe you only paid 25 cents each. Lucky find - I'm sure you are already thinking of beautiful things to make with them.

I went to embroiderypassion.com and found their 25 cent thread..but I am confused....in their 50 thread assortment, they show 9 colors...so do you get an assortment of those 9 colors, or are they just picked over and not too many left now? They don't say anything to clarify that I could find?

I see you bought these from Design by Sick. I bought a similar set about 3 years ago. I was excited too at first but have since found this thread breaks much easier than the better brands (like Sulky, etc.).
I'm sorry to have to share this but I'm just not happy with this thread and use it now mostly for tests to use it up. On a separate note, if the design isn't too dense, it works better. Or, if I slow down my stitching speed. Before anyone else says it -- yes, I made sure I was using the correct needle LOL BUT....maybe you'll have better luck than I did. I guess bottomline....No, I would not buy from them again. ThreadArt has fairly good quality. I have tried theirs and it's better. |
