Absolutely beautiful! I am going to try this with a photo of a painting of the whaling ship my grandfather was on in the early 1910-20's. I can only hope mine comes out as nice as yours.

This is awesome!! What a beauty. So glad you were able to snag that photo before the old barn came down, now it will be preserved always! Also....... kudos to you for donating this lovely wallhanging for the auction.

Aren't you glad you listened to your guardian angel? The quilt is beautiful, and I'm glad it brought a good price. I'm in awe of your artistic talent!

Yes that is absolutely beautiful! I would really like to know
what method you used to print the photo onto the fabric, if
you do not mind sharing.

Beautiful picture quilt. I just adore old barns, and am sorry to hear that it was torn down. Now it is lost, but not forgotten, as it will be remembered in your quilts.

Nice eye and beautiful quilt. Your story just proves that timing is everything. Glad the fundraiser benefited as well.

Oh boy, how beautiful. Now I want to make something similar using a picture of my parents' barns. Thanks for sharing.
