this is funny! I just made 7 tissue box covers but much simpler. It's basically a bag with a ribbon drawstring. Put the box in the bag, pull out that first tissue, and pull the drawstring to gather the top. It looks like a gift with a pretty bow. I had made them years ago for our church bazaar and thought it just might be the time to bring them back.

Those are cute! I made tissue box covers for Christmas presents last year. One of the recipients informed me that she would rather have something different as the tissue box cover was to "grandmotherly"! Guess who's now off my Christmas list!
